Professional Career

Hennes boasts an expansive professional background as both a sports booking agent and co-founder of Engage, a technology startup. He currently represents several professional athletes such as USC blind long snapper Jake Olson as well as NFL players Ryan Harris and Shelley Smith. Furthermore, Hennes boasts significant entrepreneurial experience having co-founded his first tech company while still in college.

Early in his professional career, Thioune played for Post SV Osnabruck and Sportfreunde Oesede of Oberliga Niedersachsen’s fifth tier Oberliga Niedersachsen league before moving up the leagues with third tier Regionalliga club VfL Osnabruck before spending two years at 2. Bundesliga club VfB Lubeck where he contributed significantly towards reaching semi-finals of DFB-Pokal tournament in 2003.

Hennes offers extensive media relations experience, placing clients on shows such as The Today Show, ESPN and Dan Patrick Shows.

Achievement and Honors

Henne excelled as both an athlete in football and track at Wilson High School. He played 43 scholastic games (42 starts) for their football team during his freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons – helping win two Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 championships during those time periods. Furthermore, Henne competed in javelin throw, finishing as a PIAA runner-up as a senior.

Hennes embarked on his technology startup career soon after college graduation. He co-founded and served as CEO for Engage, an online talent booking service; and also established Shiftcloud – an employee scheduling system specifically tailored for businesses with hourly employees. Over his professional career he earned numerous honors and awards including being named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month 2009. Furthermore he won both an Emmy and Super Bowl ring.

Personal Life

Henne has achieved success both professionally and commercially. He co-founded tech startup company Engage and currently serves as its CEO, while also having worked with hundreds of major media outlets – landing interviews or appearances for clients on The Today Show, ESPN, Dan Patrick Shows etc.

Hennes attended Kent Denver School from 2011-2015 before going on to the University of Southern California where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. While at USC he managed Jake Olson – the first blind college football player. Since graduating Hennes has continued providing management services and consulting advice to various athletes including Jake Olson, Ryan Harris, Shelley Smith and more.

Hennes enjoys all things related to sports – both playing and watching them – and is an avid reader. Currently residing in Los Angeles.
