Daniel Setareh founded a law firm near Turlock, California dedicated to representing injured parties. They specialize in personal injury cases such as car accidents and dog bites as well as handling wrongful death and medical malpractice lawsuits.

He earned both his undergraduate degree from UCLA and Juris Doctorate degree at Southwestern School of Law. After graduating university, Dan worked at a full-stack software development firm in Virginia that provided him with technical and soft skill development that are essential in his work today. When moving to LA he worked at one of the premier consumer firms there – Khorrami Pollard & Abir where he gained valuable litigation experience on class action and mass tort cases.

He went on to open his own firm and become a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, practicing personal injury cases such as car, bike and motorcycle accidents; dog bites; slip-and-fall incidents as well as slip and fall and wrongful death claims.

His 15+ years of legal expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and personal understanding of every case help him build solid cases that settle quickly with positive outcomes.
