Disney 25th Anniversary Pin

One of the more interesting perks of a Disney trip is getting to buy one of the many novelty pins on display at the resort. This particular one is the trifecta of a golden, silver, and ruby coloured bauble. As with most Walt Disney World schmoozes, it’s a case of getting what you pay for. The only downside is the limited availability of such goodies. Of course, you’ll need to make your way to the hotel lobby to snag one of these bad boys. But, as with most of the WDW treats, it’s a small price to pay for the magic.

And, just as the resort’s opening date is a distant memory, you can now indulge in a bit of nostalgia and shop for a few mementos to commemorate the occasion. Like most theme parks, the magic happens all year round, but the celebrations have their high points during the fall and winter months. While you’re at it, make sure you pick up a copy of your favourite park’s most famous resident, Mickey Mouse, in honor of the grand dame’s silver anniversary.
