Elena Koshy, Editor of a Nature Magazine

After graduating with a Masters degree in Business Administration from James Cook University, Elena Koshy decided to leave her high-heeled job and join an environmental organization. She learnt birdwatching, touched a python without screaming and even got bitten by a leech, all while exploring Malaysia’s wild spaces. As editor of a nature magazine, Elena gathered information about animals and plants, such as seagrass and hornbills.
