George Monreal began his career with Osasuna and later played for Malaga before joining Arsenal in January 2013 for around PS10million. Over the next six-and-a-half years at Emirates Stadium, Monreal became one of Arsene Wenger’s rare transfer successes during his later tenure as manager at north London’s top club.

George Monreal is an entrepreneur and artist who has launched his own photography/film business called “Eternity Productions,” with plans to turn the venture into a company. Aside from his professional endeavors, George enjoys music – especially EDM.
He is an avid football fan and enjoys watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Indians play football. When not watching football games, he loves to golf or bowl in his free time.
According to a report in the Chicago Tribune, George Monreal filed for bankruptcy in 2011. His filing listed his salary as $7,908 a month and his wife’s as $524 per month. The case was filed in August 2011 and closed by December of that same year. Recently however, new documents have been filed which show an increase in Monreal’s yearly income from $74,800 to $94,800.
