Kevin Costner Minocqua Wisconsin

Kevin Costner Lives and Works in Minocqua Wisconsin

During my time living in Minocqua Wisconsin, I was lucky enough to meet many exceptionally talented individuals. One of them was Kevin Costner. After meeting him I realized that he was one of the most charismatic and talented people I had ever met.

Exceptionally talented individuals

During my recent trip to the Great Lakes region I was impressed by the caliber of talent in the Lakeland area. There are not many large cities in the area, so you are bound to find some pretty impressive individuals. For example, Kevin Costner is a native Texan, and has a home in the capital of Texas.

It’s also worth noting that Wisconsin is home to an impressive number of talented individuals. In fact, the state is known for producing some of the best quality brains in the business, as evidenced by the number of grad students enrolled in the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Moreover, the area has plenty of breweries and distilleries to keep you entertained for a night or two.

Aspen Independence Ranch

During his career in the entertainment industry, Kevin Costner has made a name for himself as an actor. His success helped him accumulate a considerable fortune. While he spends much of his time on the set of his latest movie, Costner also maintains a 160-acre ranch in Aspen, Colorado. The ranch is available for rent, and is also used for private events.

The estate is made up of three separate properties. There is the main house, a lake house and a river house. Each property offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. The lake house has a view of the lake, while the river house is near the Roaring Fork River.

Dunbar Ranch

Located in Independence Pass, Kevin Costner’s 160-acre Dunbar Ranch is a luxurious estate in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado. The property boasts three houses, all of which provide unique aesthetics. The main house, for example, is spacious and luxurious. It features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a dining room, and an expansive kitchen. The house also has a trap door leading to a secluded hot tub grotto.

The ranch also features a sledding hill, a private ice rink, and a baseball field. The property is also stocked with trophy trout in two ponds. Other water-related activities include a fishing pond, a tubing track, and an automated ball machine.

Fandango

Despite being a low-budget film about small town college kids in the early 1970s, Fandango is a fun romp. The cast is led by Kevin Costner, Gardner Barnes and Chuck Bush in a star-studded ensemble cast. It’s the sort of movie where the stars align and you’re not a million miles away from a tequila cocktail. The soundtrack is a fusion of rock and roll, classical, folk and pop. It’s no wonder that the film was a box office hit.

Kevin Costner is no slouch as a actor. His breakthrough performance in “Silverado” was the icing on the cake. He also landed the coveted role in “The Big Chill.” He plays a mild-mannered guy who wants to do big things, and who has the smarts to pull it off. He’s the best friend of a seminary student named Dorman (Bush) and the last man standing in a band of nerdy fraternity brothers known as the Groovers.

Silverado

Using a 140 man construction crew in twelve weeks, director ode to the American west, Clarence Lynn Price and his crew churned out a slick looking western. Not to mention, the film was a smash hit at the box office, earning a place in the oeuvre of many a cowboy lass.

The film also boasts some of the most impressive stunts and stuntmen seen on the big screen, including a spectacular equestrian stunt by Texan stalwart Robert Rodriguez and a jaw dropping stunt by actor/model/producer Richard McKenzie. The film also has its share of highs and lows, including a harrowing re-enactment of the famous Silverado saloon scene, and a bit of old fashioned tagging and sexing it up, to name a few. Despite the fact that the film is a product of its time, it still holds up a full decade later, with a strong presence in the box office, and an impressively high profile in the box office charts.

Field of Dreams

Unless you were living under a rock, you have probably heard about Kevin Costner’s Field of Dreams. This movie was released over thirty years ago and has been considered an instant classic. It was based on a book by W. P. Kinsella. It tells the story of a farmer who builds a baseball field in his backyard. But the field becomes haunted by the ghosts of baseball players.

Kevin Costner played a farmer named Ray Kinsella in the movie. The movie centers on Ray and his wife Annie, who build a baseball diamond on their land. They also encounter ghosts of baseball legends.

The film was nominated for best picture, best adapted screenplay and best original score. It also received a positive critical reception.
