New Balance Sigma Harmony Review

The New Balance Sigma Harmony running shoe provides sprinters with a premium experience. Built for the 60-metre to 400-metre distance, the shoe uses a new plate design and a knit heel construction to provide a locked-in feel. The midsole features an 8-spike plate for traction and explosive propulsion.

The upper of the shoe is knit, and the shoe also features a BOA Fit System and a second skin-like ankle collar. The shoe’s sizing is unisex, but women should size down about 1.5 sizes.
