Selena Gomez and Steve Madden Booties
If you’re a fan of fashion, you’ve probably heard of Selena Gomez. She’s one of the faces of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building, and she’s a major style influencer. During her time on the show, she’s been known to sport some of the latest fashions in the name of the game, including Uggs, combat boots and even the aforementioned Steve Madden Loreen Chain Booties. Here’s a look at some of the best and the worst of her boot-wearing skills.
One of the more impressive outfits she wore on the set of Only Murders in the Building was this silver sequin halter mock neck slit gown. The ensemble also boasted a smattering of fashion accessories, including the YSL Le 5 a 7 Hobo bag, a black suede fur coat from Donna Karen, and a pair of chunky mocasines from Prada. In addition to the requisite makeup and hairstyles, Gomez opted for a black turtleneck sweater, a pair of leggings, and matching bootcut jeans.
Another goodie was a pair of Prada Monolith brushed boots, which are quite the statement piece. The pair has the requisite chunky lug sole, but what really makes them worth a mention is the fact that they’re the longest pair of brushed boots in the world. They’re made of a hefty brushed metal, and feature an eye-catching gold sabot. Not bad for a pair of $100 shoes.
For a more subtle take on the outfit of the night, Gomez donned this slouchy pair of Faux Leather Pants from MDK. It’s a little more on the pricey side, but these are some of the most comfortable pants you’ll ever wear. With its slim silhouette and cropped length, you’ll have a lot of fun wearing them with a matching jacket or top.
Lastly, Gomez showed off her love of all things bling with these oversized ear cuffs from Jennifer Fisher. Despite being a relatively simple style, these gold hoop earrings are the kind of jewelry you’ll want to wear more often. You can find them in a variety of colors, including silver and rose gold. As a bonus, they also happen to be the cheapest bling a girl can get.
Although Gomez has been showing up in a slew of sexy and slutty looks over the past few years, she has managed to keep her wardrobe on the more sophisticated side. When she’s not in New York City filming her hit TV show, she’s found time to dress up and dabble in fashion a bit. Whether she’s spotted in Los Angeles or London, you can bet she’ll be sporting some of the latest in fashion. From teddy coats to smoky eyeshadow, she’s proved herself to be the style star of the show.
